Cage fighter Alex Reid wants actor Gerard Butler to portray him in the film about his wife Katie Price's life.

'It has been reported Katie is going to do a film about her life. I think it's a brilliant idea, her life makes a great story,' contactmusic.com quoted Reid as saying.

'There's nothing definite on the table. If I could choose anyone to play my character I'd pick Gerard Butler, only when he's pumped up though,' Reid said.
